Lead Caller & Automation Assistant

We are looking for a motivated individual with clear English speaking skills to join our team as a Lead Caller & Automation Assistant. Your main role will be to:

Call leads provided by our system

Qualify and document conversations with prospects

Use our n8n automation platform to scrape, organize, and manage new leads

Assist with follow-ups and CRM updates

This position is perfect for someone who is tech-savvy, confident on the phone, and detail-oriented.

? Requirements

Excellent English communication skills (clear and confident speaking voice)

Comfortable making outbound calls and handling conversations

Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management tools

Familiarity with n8n (or willingness to learn – training will be provided)

Reliable internet connection and headset for calls

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Experience in sales, cold calling, or lead generation

Knowledge of real estate, logistics, or service-based industries

Prior experience working with automation tools
