We are actively seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our growing organization as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), with opportunities in either Voice or Non-Voice capacities.

Work Environment & Logistics:
• Work Location Options: We offer opportunities in key cities across the Philippines:
o Pasig City (Manila)
o Davao
o Iloilo
o Bacolod
• Work Set-up: All positions will begin with onsite training to ensure you gain the necessary skills and knowledge. Following successful completion of training and based on performance, there is a strong possibility for a Work-From-Home (WFH) arrangement.
• Employment Type: This is a Full-time opportunity, offering stability and career growth.
• Interview Schedule: We conduct Onsite Interviews Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Assessment: All candidates will undergo a Harver Test as part of our evaluation process.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive Salary: Enjoy a basic salary ranging from Php 23,000 to Php 30,000 for English-proficient candidates, commensurate with experience and skill set.
