About Us

Uniforms For America is a growing medical uniform boutique serving doctors, nurses, hospitals, dental offices, and veterinary practices in South Florida. We provide scrubs, lab coats, embroidery, and group fittings—bringing professionalism and style directly to healthcare professionals.

We are looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to help us gain more clients, increase foot traffic to our store, and manage our digital marketing presence.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

Research local nursing schools, dental/medical/veterinary offices, and hospitals for decision-makers (office managers, HR, program directors).

Build contact lists (name, title, phone, email, notes).

Draft professional email and LinkedIn outreach messages.

Track follow-ups and organize leads in Google Sheets/CRM.

Social Media Management

Schedule 5 posts per week (content provided or repurposed).

Engage with followers (comments, DMs, local healthcare professionals).

Research hashtags and trends to increase reach.

Manage Google Business Profile (update photos, reply to reviews, post weekly offers).

Marketing & Promotions

Prepare weekly email/SMS campaign drafts.

Create simple graphics/coupons in Canva.

Track engagement and report results.

Research community events (health fairs, graduations, nursing expos).

Reporting & Organization

Submit a weekly report with:

New leads added

Outreach sent & responses

Social media performance

Google Business updates

Event opportunities spotted

Requirements

Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).

Experience with lead generation, outreach, or marketing for service businesses.

Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile.

Comfortable using Google Sheets/Docs, Canva, and social schedulers (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, etc.).

Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Reliable internet connection.

Preferred (but not required):

Experience with healthcare, uniforms, or retail marketing.

Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
