GoHighLevel & AI Automation Specialist (Wedding Venue Project)

We need someone to step in and continue work we’ve already started for our client. This is not just a one-off bot build, you’ll be managing the full GoHighLevel (GHL) setup, automations, integrations, and AI systems that handle lead capture, qualification, nurturing, and booking.

Note: There has been some work already done, we just need someone to finish it

Responsibilities:
• Take over the current GHL setup (pipelines, workflows, forms, and campaigns).
• Manage and optimize AI SMS chatbot that qualifies leads, books consultations, and updates custom fields.
• Refine email + SMS nurturing campaigns for weddings, corporate, and social events.
• Continue building workflows that handle form submissions, outbound AI messages, reminders, and booking sequences.
• Port and set up numbers in Twilio, ensuring clean separation between outreach numbers and booking numbers.
• Integrate Wix forms ? GHL (so new leads automatically enter pipelines, trigger AI, and get nurtured).
• Update pipeline stages and workflows to ensure leads are clearly tagged (Pre-Qualified, Qualified, Booked, etc.).
• Refine Conversation AI prompts and flows to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Requirements:
• Strong GoHighLevel automation experience (pipelines, workflows, conversation AI).
• Comfort with Twilio (number porting, SMS setup, assigning numbers to workflows/bots).
• Experience connecting lead sources (Wix forms, Google Business, website chatbots).
• Ability to design workflows that balance AI automation with personal human handoff.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Writing/editing nurture emails & SMS that feel warm and personal.
• Understanding of how to balance AI + human involvement in sales pipelines.
• Long-term availability to support refinements and ongoing campaign updates.
