This full-time, long-term role involves developing and maintaining dynamic WordPress websites, delivering high-quality solutions tailored to our business needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and build custom WordPress sites with responsive themes, plugins, and integrations to support a variety of features and functionalities.
• Implement secure solutions and optimize website performance to meet industry standards.
• Collaborate effectively in a small remote team to deliver projects on time, utilizing agile methodologies.
• Provide ongoing support, documentation, and enhancements for our web initiatives.


Requirements:
• 5-10+ years of full-stack WordPress development experience, with a portfolio of complex sites featuring custom solutions and integrations.
• Advanced proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript/ES6+, and tools like Elementor, WooCommerce, and Git for version control.
• Proven expertise in API integrations, security best practices, and performance optimization.
• Strong English communication skills for remote collaboration, with a track record of meeting tight deadlines in agile environments.
• Must submit: A portfolio with 3-5 live WordPress examples (links required), 2 professional references, and a unique cover letter.
• Reliable high-speed internet (50 Mbps+) and availability in Philippine Standard Time.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with React for interactive UI or PostgreSQL for advanced data handling.
• Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Yoast) and social media APIs for marketing features.
