Role Overview:
You will play a crucial role in supporting my market research efforts by managing LinkedIn outreach, scheduling interviews, maintaining records, and handling light administrative tasks. This is a part-time, flexible role requiring approximately 10-15 hours per week, with potential for increased hours as the project develops.
Key Responsibilities:
LinkedIn Outreach Management:
Identify and research target prospects (Commercial Electrical Contractors) on LinkedIn based on defined criteria (job titles, company size, location).
1. Draft and send personalized LinkedIn connection requests using provided templates and specific personalization points.
2. Monitor accepted connection requests and send follow-up messages (using provided templates) to invite prospects for interviews.
3. Track all LinkedIn interactions meticulously.
Interview Scheduling & Coordination:
1. Manage interview scheduling using Calendly, ensuring seamless booking for prospects.
2. Send calendar invitations and reminders to interviewees.
3. Reschedule interviews as needed.
Outreach Tracker Management:
1. Maintain and update a detailed Google Sheet tracker with prospect information, outreach status, interview bookings, and notes.
12. Ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Administrative Support:
1. Draft and send invoices to clients (once established).
2. Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
