InkMedia is the leader in digital marketing for tattoo studios (? €2M/year in Italy), now expanding into the UK, the Netherlands, and Scandinavia. We’re hiring Client Support Specialists to turn inbound interest from ads into booked appointments for our studio partners: ----------

The role
You’ll manage Instagram DMs and inbound calls generated by ads, qualify prospects, and book tattoo appointments directly into each studio’s calendar—like a reliable, remote front desk.

What you’ll do

* Reply fast to IG DMs and inquiries with friendly, accurate info
* Answer inbound calls from ad leads; guide them to a booking
* Schedule appointments in client calendars, following each studio’s rules
* Keep tidy notes and tags (lead status, reasons for no-shows, FAQs)
* Maintain a polite, professional tone at all times

What you’ll bring

* Exceptional English (written and spoken) with a clear, easy-to-understand delivery; British accent is a plus for UK accounts
* Confident phone manner; able to handle objections and close the booking
* Fast, accurate typing and strong attention to detail
* Reliability, responsiveness, and comfort juggling multiple accounts
* Bonus: experience with salon/spa/tattoo bookings, IG inbox tools, VoIP, Google/Outlook Calendar, basic CRM usage

Compensation and workload

* €85 per client per month
* Manage up to 15–20 clients ? €1,275–€1,700 per month at full load
* Stable, remote role with predictable income; training and playbooks provided

Coverage and tools

* Work within each studio’s local business hours (some evening/weekend coverage may be requested)
* Use Instagram, VoIP/softphone, booking calendars, and our CRM
* Follow GDPR and privacy best practices

How we measure success

* DM first-response time and response rate
* Call pickup rate and booking conversion
* Quality notes, proper tagging, and support for show-up rate
