Job Description – Personal Assistant (Wellbeing, Media & Marketing)
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and creative Personal Assistant with strong communication skills and expertise in media production, marketing, and wellbeing-focused projects. The ideal candidate will support the Director in day-to-day operations, manage professional communications, assist with media production tasks, and contribute to the development of marketing material, digital content, and website management.
This is a dynamic role suited for someone who is professional, tech-savvy, and able to balance administrative duties with creative and strategic marketing support.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Personal Support
Provide day-to-day executive support, including scheduling, calendar management, and correspondence.
Draft, proofread, and manage professional communications across
Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Wellbeing & Media Production
Assist with planning and execution of wellbeing initiatives, retreats, workshops, and media projects.
Support production tasks (scripts, storyboards, social media content, podcasts, short films).
Liaise with media partners, production teams, and collaborators.
Marketing & Creative
Create engaging marketing materials (presentations, brochures, flyers, proposals).
Develop content for digital platforms, including social media, newsletters, and blogs.
Assist in website updates, design, and content management (WordPress, Wix, or other CMS).
Ensure all branding and communication align with organisational values and tone.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone across contexts.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
Experience in social media management and digital marketing strategies.
Basic to intermediate website management skills (WordPress/Wix/Squarespace).
Understanding of or passion for wellbeing, health, and social impact projects.
Ability to work independently, with initiative and discretion.
Qualifications & Experience
Prior experience in administration, marketing, or media production.
Tertiary qualification in communications, marketing, media, business, or a related field (desirable but not essential).
Familiarity with event coordination and content creation in wellbeing/creative industries.
