Proven experience as an Instagram DM Setter

Strong discipline and consistency in daily outreach

A track record of booking qualified appointments through Instagram DMs

Excellent written communication in English

$200/month guaranteed base

Show-up bonuses: $7 – $12 per confirmed appointment (progressive scale)
