We run 3 to 4 consumer iOS (and Android) apps, with 2 as the main focus. I normally try to do all this stuff, but I don’t have the time. Looking for someone to take that on and beyond. We're in the baby space so always looking for mothers for 20-30 hrs / week.
Responsbilities:
- Ads: solid Meta background required. Also try new platforms we do not normally use like Google, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and Apple Search Ads. Learn, experiment, and test audiences and creatives
- Plan content, holidays, and themes so users always see something new and upcoming
- Write Trello specs for our designer, track revisions, load assets into our backend
- QA content in the apps and flag issues
- Daily stat reports covering ad spend and app results
- Be willing to take on anything even outside content or ads. For example order flowers or book a dinner reservation
Must have
- Strong Meta ads experience. Comfortable with budgets, events, ROAS
- Clear written briefs and process docs
- Detail focus and follow through
- Reliable and able to work independently if I am away, traveling, or with the baby
- an iPhone and strong familiarity with apps / App Store
Nice to have
- Behind the scenes iOS app experience. App Store Connect, TestFlight, subscriptions, product pages
- Android experience and an Android phone
- Familiar with stock imagery libraries
- A parent in the baby space is ideal. Mums strongly encouraged to apply. Not a requirement

Hours and pay
- 20 to 30 hours per week. Remote. Hourly. Rate negotiable based on experience.
