JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing Australian e-commerce company. We are hiring a Customer Support VA (based in the Philippines) with excellent spoken and written English to answer inbound phone calls, take down enquiry details in Google Sheets, and escalate important issues to our manager via Slack during AU business hours.

Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls in real time (Expected call volume: ~5–10 calls per day (not high-volume call centre work)
- Log every call accurately in Google Sheets
- Escalate complex/technical enquiries to the manager via Slack
- Follow scripts and maintain a confident, professional phone presence

Requirements:
- Must be available Monday–Friday, 8AM–3PM AEST (Melbourne, Australia time)
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Quiet home office environment with reliable internet
- Previous phone-based customer service experience preferred
- Shopify/e-commerce experience a plus (not required)
- Long-term commitment (not project-based)
