Senior eCommerce Virtual Assistant

Job Ad – Virtual Assistant (Etsy Store Admin) – Part-Time Remote

$200 USD/month | 2 hrs/day (Mon–Sun) | Long-term with growth potential

We’re seeking a detail-loving, thoughtful, and highly capable Virtual Assistant to support one of our Etsy stores (with potential to expand to more stores over time - you will begin with working on one of four of my stores). This is a part-time administrative role starting at 2 hours a day, 7 days a week, with room to grow as responsibilities increase.

You’ll work side by side with the owner, learning directly from them, and will have daily contact and mentorship. As the business grows, your role and opportunities will grow too — with more hours, responsibility, and pay.

Key Responsibilities:

Upload and manage product data in Etsy (titles, descriptions, tags, images)

Research keywords and trends for product SEO

Manage suppliers and maintain strong relationships

Track customer orders and provide updates

Answer customer questions promptly and professionally

Place orders with suppliers daily

Provide the owner with a daily store update (summary of orders, issues, and actions taken)

Manage spreadsheets used for product planning, inventory, and reporting

Support product launches and updates

Requirements (Must-Have)

At least 1.5 years of experience in eCommerce operations or order fulfilment

Previous Virtual Assistant experience with Etsy, Shopify, or other eCommerce platforms

Proven ability to follow SOPs, work independently, and meet deadlines

Strong English (C2 or near-native level)

Strong digital literacy (spreadsheets, etc.)

Reliable internet + quiet, professional home setup

Available to work 2 hrs/day, Monday to Sunday, in the AFTERNOON (Philippines time)

Bachelor’s degree
