Skool community/GHL affiliate manager

We run a Skool community that provides education, events, and light coaching to entrepreneurs and affiliates who sign up under our GoHighLevel program.

We’re looking for a Skool Community Manager & Content Creator who can actively grow, manage, and engage our community while creating content that drives affiliate signups.

???? Responsibilities

Community Management
• Welcome new members daily, tag them in key posts, and get them engaged from Day 1.
• Moderate posts, comments, and discussions — keep the community active and positive.
• Create and manage community automations (onboarding flows, reminders, reactivation sequences inside GHL).
• Track engagement metrics and send a short weekly report.
• Actively grow the community daily by posting, commenting, and re-engaging inactive members.

Content Creation & Education
• Record short video tutorials (screen-share or talking head) for Skool lessons + YouTube.
• Edit videos with clean, simple formatting for professional publishing.
• Create graphics, slides, and assets (Canva or similar) to support content.
• Schedule and help host weekly events / Q&A calls in the community.
• Repurpose content (Instagram clips ? Skool posts, YouTube ? lessons).

? Requirements
• Excellent English (clear, conversational, confident on video with light/neutral accent).
• Experience moderating or managing communities (Skool, FB Groups, ---------- , etc.).
• Skilled in video creation + editing (YouTube, course-style content).
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel automations OR strong ability to learn quickly.
• Organized, reliable, and proactive, confident — you take ownership of engagement daily and are able to do Q & A for GHL and AI Tools for a primary US audience.

• Affiliate marketing experience.
• Webinar/event hosting background.
• Graphic design (Canva, Photoshop).
• Copywriting for posts and community prompts.
