Project Manager Amazon Agency(ClickUp & Operations) – Remote

???? Your Role
As our Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping our internal and client-facing projects running smoothly — especially by setting up and managing our ClickUp task systems. You’ll work closely with account managers, designers, and leadership to ensure that projects are on track, deadlines are met, and no detail is overlooked.

???? Your Responsibilities
Set up and manage ClickUp workflows for all departments (client projects, internal ops, creative production).

Monitor task progress, ensure deadlines are met, and escalate blockers before they become problems.

Assist in refining and documenting SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) across teams.

Ensure effective communication between teams and support the operational efficiency of our agency.

Organize and support weekly team check-ins and project reviews.

Collaborate closely with leadership to prioritize key projects and streamline processes.

? What You Bring
Experience working in ClickUp or other project management tools (Asana, Monday, etc.).

Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail.

You’re a self-starter who thrives in structured environments — but you’re also flexible when things shift.

Excellent communication skills in English (German not required).

Previous experience in a digital agency, Amazon environment, or startup is a big plus.
