Amazon Advertising PPC Manager (senior/expert) - not your typical job post

I'm Victor, and I run an exclusive Amazon marketing agency called Ecom Wizards.
We're scaling fast, our clients expect results, and I need someone who can execute advertising campaigns like their life depends on it.

Here's the deal:
I've built the systems, the SOPs, the frameworks. I know what works. But I need someone who can do the following.
Execute them flawlessly, spot issues before our clients do, and improve the SOPs when you find gaps.

Money: $800 - 1,400/month (depending on how much of a weapon you are)

Your job has 4 parts:
1. EXECUTE our proven SOPs as your foundation (but you're smart enough to optimize within those frameworks)
2. ANALYZE performance and give smart recommendations
3. PREPARE regular reports that help me make strategic decisions
4. IMPROVE our SOPs by identifying what's missing or could work better (you improve the system itself)

DISQUALIFIERS:
? You don't have proven Amazon ads experience (I don't care if it's 6 months or 6 years, you better know Amazon Ads)
? You think you know Amazon advertising better than anyone else (not even I do this)
? You make excuses when campaigns underperform instead of solutions
? You want to make account-level strategic decisions (ad-level strategy is your domain)
? You don't enjoy data analysis and detailed work
