Technical Support Expert For Internet Marketing Business (Wordpress/FTP/Cpanel/HTML/Basic PHP Knowledge Required)

We are looking for a technical support customer service expert to join our growing team and provide support for our existing Internet Marketing & Wordpress Theme Business.

We currently sell a range of products to Internet Marketers including a range of Premium Wordpress themes and products.

We are looking for a new technical support expert to join our team and provide support via our helpdesk for all customer issues.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED

- Must be available for full time work
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Must have a reliable Internet connection and computer including ability to Skype and Voice chat where required
- Must have Paypal account to be paid bi-weekly (we will pay paypal fees)
- Willing to learn about our themes and products and be able to understand our video and written training to get up to speed on our products to provide the highest level of support

SPECIFIC SKILLS:

- Great Communication in Good standard of english (Spoken and Written) - you will be writing replies to customers via our helpdesk and possibly answering customer calls via Skype so you will need to be able to communicate in English.

- Wordpress Intermediate to Advanced Knowledge - As our products are based on Wordpress you will be solving any problems inside customers Wordpress sites on a daily basis.

- HTML Knowedge - You may need to help customers will small customizations so some knowledge of HTML will be advantagious

- FTP/Cpanel Knowledge - You may be required to use FTP and Cpanel to access customers sites and solve problems

- Basic PHP - although not critical, a knowledge of PHP would help you solve more advanced customer problems

- MYSQL/Database - you must be familiar with setting up MYSQL databases in case you need to setup Wordpress installations from scratch

You must also know how to install Wordpress from scratch on a variety of hosting platforms - using both Fantastico in Cpanel and via the normal Wordpress FTP and Database install method.

You must also be willing to learn about our products and undertake our training to learn about our products so you can provide the highest level of support
