Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize the CTO’s schedule, priorities, and communications.
• Liaise with staff members to delegate tasks, follow up on progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist with project management by updating project boards, gathering updates, and ensuring tasks are progressing.
• Collect and summarize information from staff meetings to provide actionable next steps.
• Perform quality checks on completed work (e.g., testing deliverables from developers) and provide feedback or escalate to the CTO when necessary.
• Identify potential issues early and take ownership in resolving them with the relevant tea
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Project Coordinator.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between the CTO and staff.
• Confidence in reviewing and testing work from others, with attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira, or similar) is a plus.
