About Us:
We are a thriving dropshipping company with multiple stores across Europe and North America. As we scale our operations, we’re seeking a skilled professional to join our PayPal Disputes Department and manage our three PayPal accounts with precision and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Optimize customer support processes to minimize dispute open rates.
Streamline PayPal dispute processes to maintain a low claim rate.
Improve dispute win rate to achieve up to 95% success.
Develop and maintain an effective monitoring sheet to ensure all disputes are thoroughly analyzed.
Requirements:
Available to work 30-40 hours per week.
2-3 years of experience in PayPal Dispute Management.
Experience with Shopify.
Background in dropshipping operations.
