We are a successful American company founded in 1989 with over 35 years of online experience. We also have over 10 years of outsourcing experience in the Philippines, and several members of our team have been with us since the company's inception.

We currently have a small team of 3 Filipinos who have worked with us from home for the past ten years (however, we are generally in Makati-Manila once a year in September-October). We provide training and onboarding, allowing us to get to know you better if you are interested in working with us for a few days (pay and all expenses paid) while we are in the Philippines. All other times, you can work from home.

Our business is expanding with new YouTube channels, creating online courses, and developing social media campaigns, so we have several positions available for YouTube Channels production & marketing, Video Course Creation, and Social Media Marketing. Most of the work primarily involves improving new/existing workflows YouTube video production, implementing AI Automation for Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and upload the new video ads in Facebook/Google Ads.

* VIDEO EDITOR Specialist
- Using Adobe Premiere and CapCut to post videos on YouTube.

* SOCIAL MEDIA ADVERTISING Specialist
- Social media marketing, Facebook Advertising, Instagram Advertising, YouTube Ads and Optimization, Twitter Advertising, LinkedIn Advertising, Google Advertising, Zapier Integration Software, Image Editing (Photoshop), Video Editing (Adobe Premiere), Customer Support Experience
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

* EMAIL MARKETING Specialist
- Work includes helping us create daily Email Newsletters/Social Media block posts to different markets
- Work includes designing and adding content for new daily Email Newsletters & Email marketing

* SCRIPTWRITER, BLOGGER & SEO Specialist
- Work includes using part AI to write blog articles for SEO and automate sharing to our social media profiles, for instance, using GHL

* If you have some knowledge about GoHighLevel (GHL) and n8n or ---------- it is a big plus as well.

TRANSPARANCY
Please note, since we are on the other side of the earth, for quality work evaluation, we use Hubstaff, which is required and is a time management software that you install and run on your computer during work hours (and we do not allow auto click/auto scroll/auto rotate software). To work with us, you'll need to be ok with this setup for complete work-at-home transparency. This includes using Hubstaff and sending us a daily check-in, check-out, and summary email at the end of each workday to report progress made. This way, we can maintain our communication and continue working long-term into the future. Thank you for understanding

PART-TIME or FULL TIME – We can be flexible
We are seeking a full-time or part-time long-term collaboration opportunity, and we hope it can be a mutually beneficial situation where both parties look forward to working together for the long term. If you are interested, we're looking for a person who can start immediately. Starting pay can vary and is negotiable, depending on experience.
We want to try you out for a couple of hours per day for one week to ensure you work well with us and our team.
After that, we can together d ---------- on part-time or full-time work for you, whichever suits you the best.

You can receive prompt weekly payments, which will be made directly to your bank account via PayPal.
