Zoho Developer with WordPress Expertise

We are seeking a skilled Zoho Developer with WordPress (Elementor) expertise to help us set up and integrate key systems for our real estate business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zoho Books, Zoho Forms, and workflow automation, combined with strong WordPress development and Elementor page building skills.

This is a project-based contract role with the potential for ongoing work.

Scope of Work
WordPress / Website Tasks
-Install WP Rentals + child theme on staging site
-Apply branding (logo, colors, typography, header/footer/navigation)
-Install & activate Elementor (Free)
-Purchase and activate WP Rentals license (ThemeForest)
-Configure Elementor site settings (brand colors & typography)
Build key pages in Elementor:
-Home page (hero, value propositions, featured listings, CTA)
-About / Services / Contact pages
-"List Your Property" landing page with Zoho Form embed

Customize navigation menus
-Ensure responsive design (mobile/tablet optimization)
-Performance optimization (image compression, lazy-load, DOM reduction)

Zoho Tasks
-Set up Zoho Books organization (taxes, HST number, templates, branding)
-Embed and integrate Zoho Forms into the WordPress site
-Ensure workflows function smoothly between WordPress and Zoho


Requirements
-Proven experience with Zoho Books and Zoho Forms setup
-Strong knowledge of WordPress and Elementor page building
-Experience working with themes and licenses (e.g., ThemeForest)
-Familiarity with responsive design and performance optimization
-Ability to troubleshoot and suggest best practices for Zoho–WordPress integration

Nice to Have:
-Experience with real estate plugins (e.g., WP Rentals or similar)
-Understanding of CRM and automation workflows


Project Timeline
-Estimated completion: 3–4 weeks (part-time engagement).
-Timeline may be adjusted based on developer recommendations.
