Virtual Sales Coordinator/Sales Executive

The Plattering Co. Pte Ltd, known for its beautiful grazing tables and creative catering buffet setup displays, sharing platters, bowls and bentos and unique catering setups. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator / Sales Executive to support our catering sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of catering services. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, contracts, and other sales documents.
- Process and monitor online and offline orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Coordinate with suppliers and partners for price updates, product availability, and service requirements.
- Maintain and update online platforms, product catalogues, and promotional materials.
- Support the catering team with order fulfillment, event coordination, and on-site setups when required.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests, resolving concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets through proactive follow-ups and client relationship management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in sales coordination, customer service, or catering/hospitality is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with online order management systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, resourceful, and customer-focused team player.
