We manage vacation rentals in **Orlando, Florida** (Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, Epic Universe). Our properties are listed on **Airbnb, Vrbo, ---------- **, plus our own website. We need a **Virtual Assistant** to help us grow bookings and manage operations.

What You’ll Do

* Update & sync calendars across Airbnb, Vrbo, ---------- , and website
* Respond to guest messages (pre-arrival, check-in/out, during stay)
* Upload photos, descriptions, and amenities to listings
* Help integrate property info into our website
* Research pricing strategies & use tools (e.g. PriceLabs) to increase bookings
* Assist with phone calls and backup guest support

### **Requirements**

* Experience with **short-term rentals** (Airbnb, Vrbo, ---------- )
* Strong **English speaking & writing skills**
* Familiar with property management tools / channel managers (a plus)
* Reliable, detail-oriented, organized
* Able to work during **Eastern Standard Time (U.S.)**
