Role Overview:
I am Riku, CEO of three digital companies: a 13-person award-winning WordPress & SEO agency, a healthtech SaaS company, and a multi-channel marketplace. My time is divided between sales, consulting, product development, and leading teams.

I am looking for a personal assistant who will be my right hand. This means handling tasks I should not spend time on, solving problems as they come up, and ensuring projects across all businesses move forward. You will help me stay focused on high-level growth while you take ownership of operations, follow-ups, and problem-solving.

This is not a typical assistant role — this is a career accelerator for someone who wants to learn directly from a CEO and eventually grow into a Chief of Staff–style position.



Responsibilities

1. Take small but important tasks off my plate such as sending invoices, scheduling, and chasing updates.

2. Research complex topics, filter the noise, and present clear solutions.

3. Follow up with tea ---------- mbers, ensure deadlines are met, and report back to me.

4. Monitor the 13 person team, making sure projects move forward without delays, joining meetings where Riku can't make.

5. Act as my filter for communications and help me prioritize.

6. Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they reach me.

7. Coordinate across my three companies and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.



Requirements:

1. Excellent English (written and spoken).

2. Problem-solver with high attention to detail and initiative.

3. Experience as a PA, operations assistant, or project coordinator is a plus, but strong hunger to learn is equally valuable.

4. Tech-comfortable with tools like Google Suite, Slack, reporting dashboards.

5. Able to work independently without constant guidance.

6. Available at least three to four hours per day during EU business hours.
