JOB OVERVIEW

Greetings,

Do you want to enjoy the work you do and the people you work with? Do you want to feel appreciated and cared for? Do you want to learn valuable skills and have plenty of room to grow and advance?

I'm looking to hire a special person. This person needs to have strong English skills, a sharp mind, and attention to detail. You will be asked to perform a variety of tasks, some of which you may be great at, others may be new and you'll need practice.

I don't expect perfection. I do expect hard work, daily improvement, and the ability to follow and help refine processes. I have my own processes for many of these tasks, but you will help me make them clearer and easier to understand.

The position is part lead generation, and part virtual assistant. Strong email writing skills will be important.

The types of tasks you might be doing would include:

* General Assistance: Google searches, basic research, various clerical tasks.
* Data - Reporting: Updating data in Google Sheets. For example we do content audits. This involves pulling metrics from a web site and updating a spreadsheet with the data.
* Marketing - Lead Gen: Follow a process for building a list of prospective customers in a specific niche.
* Marketing - Email Marketing: Customizing an email template to fit a specific business. Then queuing an email sequence to contact them.
* Social Media: Posting updates on social media profiles. There will be a process to determine what the update should be.
* Writing: First draft and research for press releases and possibly blog posts.

You will not handle everything above right away, but being familiar with it is important.

Requirements:
* Great personality and attitude.
* Strong English: C1(Advanced) or C2(Advanced/Mastery)
* Again STRONG English - above tests are required.
* Some Marketing experience - Lead Generation, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, etc.
* Writing skills: Some skills writing emails minimum. Copywriting or Web Content Writing preferred.
* Familiarity with the Google Suite (GMail, Google Sheets, Google Docs)
* Strong attention to detail.
* Asks questions. If something isn't clear help me to know and to make it clear.

Bonus (Nice to have):
* Copywriting or Web Content Writing
* Familiar with Process.st
* Familiar with Teamwork.com
* Familiar with Slack
* Familiar with Wordpress
* Familiar with online graphic editing tools (Canva, Stencil, Snappa)
* Social media skills (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

The lead generation tasks will need to be done daily. The marketing assistant tasks will vary based on what you have experience with and what you like to do.
