We're seeking a Creative Execution-Focused Video Editor VA who can turn raw content into captivating, platform-ready videos — short-form and long-form — for social media, YouTube, client content, and internal branding.

This is not a repetitive, cookie-cutter editing gig. You’ll be part of a fast-moving content team producing for personal brands, software startups, and thought leaders.

???? Responsibilities:
Edit engaging short-form (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and long-form (YouTube, webinars) content

Add subtitles, transitions, cut filler, music, sound effects, ---------- s, motion graphics (where needed)

Organize and manage raw footage, file naming, version tracking, etc.

Collaborate with our creative and marketing team to follow brand voice and style

Repurpose long videos into short-form clips

Turn edits around fast without sacrificing quality

???? Requirements:
1–3 years of editing experience (can be freelance or self-taught — portfolio matters more)

Strong command of CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, or similar

Ability to think like a storyteller — flow, pacing, retention

Comfortable with tools like Google Drive, Slack, Notion

Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and grow into bigger creative roles

Good taste: understands modern editing trends, ---------- s, typography, pacing
