We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and ambitious Project Manager to join our fast-paced marketing team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person keeping our projects on track—from packaging and e-commerce listings to creative campaigns and product launches.

???? Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
Coordinate all packaging, e-commerce, and marketing projects from start to finish.
Create, assign, and track tasks to keep deadlines on target.
Monitor progress, update timelines, and provide regular status reports.
Identify bottlenecks and recommend smarter workflows.
Packaging & E-commerce Listings:
Manage packaging design + approvals with internal teams, agencies, and vendors.
Track timelines from design through production.
Support e-commerce listings (Amazon, Walmart, DTC, and more), ensuring content, images, and pricing are accurate and optimized.
Partner with the marketing team to make product pages engaging and SEO-friendly.
Marketing Department Support:
Help execute campaigns, content, and brand initiatives.
Support events, trade shows, and PR activities.
Assist with influencer programs, social media campaigns, and retailer initiatives.
Keep digital assets and marketing systems organized and up to date.
Cross-Team Communication:
Keep cross-functional teams aligned and on schedule.
Flag risks or delays and propose proactive solutions.
Support the Marketing VP with ad-hoc projects and daily operations.
Be the hub of communication between departments and partners.
? Qualifications
2+ years of project management, marketing coordination, or related experience. (Packaging/e-commerce a plus.)
Strong organizational + multitasking skills.
Excellent communication (written + verbal).
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and tech-savvy.
Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, or similar tools.
A self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments.

This is a remote role.
Candidate must be available to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours to align with the team’s schedule.
