We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our growing team and help manage our social media, edit videos, and create marketing and promotional materials.

Position Overview
The Virtual Assistant will support our digital marketing efforts by handling day-to-day social media management, video editing, and content creation. The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Schedule and post content on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Write engaging captions with hashtags targeting relocation and real estate audiences.
Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages promptly.
Repurpose long-form videos into short-form content for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Video Editing
Edit long-form YouTube videos (8–10 minutes) with captions, transitions, and branded overlays.
Produce short-form, eye-catching social media clips optimized for engagement.
Add subtitles, music, and graphics aligned with brand standards.

Marketing & Design
Create flyers, postcards, and event promotions in Canva.
Develop branded templates for listings, open houses, and social media content.
Support email campaigns and newsletters with professional graphics and formatting.

Qualifications
Based in the Philippines with stable internet and reliable home office setup.
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficient in Canva, CapCut/Adobe Premiere (or similar editing tools).
Experience managing multiple social media platforms.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Familiarity with U.S. real estate industry is a plus, but not required.

Role Details
Type: Part-time (approx. 15–20 hours per week, potential to grow).
Schedule: Must overlap with U.S. Eastern Time mornings for check-ins (flexible otherwise).
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience (paid in USD via PayPal, Wise, or other agreed method).
