Lead Generation VA

We are looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant to help us generate business leads. Your main task will be to collect business names and email addresses. If you perform well, this will be a long-term position with stable monthly income.

Tasks:
• Research businesses in our target market (guidelines will be provided)
• Collect business name + contact email
• Verify that all leads are valid and unique (no duplicates)
• Enter data neatly into Google Sheets
• Achieve a daily/weekly lead target

Requirements:
• Experience in Lead Generation / Web Research
• Familiar with tools like Hunter.io, Apollo, Skrapp, LinkedIn Sales Navigator (a plus)
• Good English reading/writing skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and consistent
• Ability to follow instructions and meet daily targets

Offer:
• Full-time position (40 hours/week)
• Salary: $4/hour (approx. $640/month)
• Long-term role with potential bonuses for high performance

Performance Target:
• 200–300 leads per day (Name + Email)
• Approx. 1,000–1,500 leads per week
