As a Lead Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Making outbound calls to cold and warm leads from our CRM and marketing campaigns.
Engaging prospects with a professional yet personable approach that builds trust and overcomes objections.
Introducing company services, answering basic questions, and booking consultations.
Updating and managing all lead interactions through Go High Level (CRM) and Zenoti (scheduling software).
Following call scripts while adapting to live conversations to ensure a natural, engaging experience.
Logging call notes and ensuring follow-ups and automated workflows are triggered properly.
Meeting and exceeding weekly KPIs, including calls made, appointments booked, and conversion percentages.
Key Responsibilities
Consistently make a high volume of outbound calls daily.
Convert leads into confirmed consultation appointments.
Use Go High Level to manage pipelines, workflows, and call tracking.
Use Zenoti to schedule patient appointments and update records.
Maintain accurate and timely lead documentation.
Report daily/weekly performance metrics.
Represent the company with warmth, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Qualifications
Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or appointment setting (healthcare, aesthetics, or wellness industry preferred).
Previous experience in aesthetics required.
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) with a neutral, clear accent.
Tech-savvy with the ability to work across multiple platforms (CRM, scheduling software, VOIP systems).
Familiarity with Go High Level and/or Zenoti is a strong plus.
Resilient, self-motivated, and able to handle rejection while maintaining energy and professionalism.
Available to work U.S. Pacific Time business hours.
BPO experience with U.S.-based clients highly preferred.
