Job Title: Remote Tax Preparer (U.S. Tax Returns) and Accountant
Compensation: $8–$12 USD/hour (Depending on Experience)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (Philippine Night Shift)

We’re Hiring – Join Our U.S.-Based Tax and Accounting Firm!
We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Remote Tax Preparer/Accountant based in the Philippines to help support our growing tax and accounting practice. You’ll be working with a small U.S. firm to prepare individual and business tax returns, complete monthly or annual accounting for small businesses, communicate professionally with clients, and ensure timely, high-quality work.
This is a long-term position with consistent work throughout the year and increased hours during U.S. tax season.

Workload Expectations:
???? May 1 – December 31:
• 30–40 hours per week
???? January 2 – April 15 (U.S. Tax Season):
• 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare U.S. individual (Form 1040) and business (Forms 1065, 1120, 1120S) tax returns
• Draft and send professional emails to clients requesting missing information
• Submit daily accomplishment reports outlining tasks completed
• Attend Zoo ---------- etings as needed with the team or clients
• Maintain accurate and organized workpapers and tax documentation
• Assist with bookkeeping and accounting work using QuickBooks Online (QBO)

Required Qualifications:
>Hands-on experience preparing U.S. individual and business tax returns
>Strong written and spoken English communication skills
>Must be available to work during U.S. Central Time hours (9 AM – 6 PM CST)
>Proficient with email communication and client follow-ups
>Reliable internet and work-from-home setup
> Comfortable joining Zoom calls when required

Preferred Skills (Not Required, But a Plus):
> Experience using Intuit ProConnect
> Familiarity with TaxDome (client portal / task management software)
> Experience reviewing tax returns – higher pay available for this skill
> Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO)

Compensation & Benefits:
$8–$12 USD per hour based on experience and skill level
