I am seeking a long-term, full-time Virtual Assistant (40 hours/week) to join my team and support the growth of my coaching and publishing business.
This is not just an admin role—I need a team player who is proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy. You’ll be helping to build visibility, streamline systems with automation, and support projects that make a real difference.
You will play a key role in lead generation, book promotion, content digitisation, and managing our online presence across LinkedIn,
Key Responsibilities
Automation & Systems
Set up and manage automation within CRM,
Streamline processes so client nurturing and lead follow-up are consistent.
Lead Generation & Outreach
Generate and qualify leads across LinkedIn,
Build and maintain a database of potential book buyers, program participants, and 1:1 coaching clients.
Use automation tools to support lead nurturing and relationship building.
Content & Marketing
Repurpose coaching content into online courses, ebooks, and digital resources.
Edit, upload, and optimise videos for YouTube and social platforms.
Create graphics and marketing materials in Canva.
Assist with promoting a business book and related coaching programs.
CRM & Reporting
Manage Zoho CRM to ensure accurate data and follow-up pipelines.
Provide weekly reports on engagement, leads, and progress.
Keep Google Suite files organised and up to date.
Skills Required (Non-Negotiable)
Excellent written and spoken English (clear, professional communication).
Strong expertise with LinkedIn,
Hands-on experience with automation tools for marketing, lead generation, and CRM.
Skilled in Canva, Zoho CRM (or ability to learn quickly), and Google Suite.
Familiarity with digital marketing in the coaching/consulting industry.
Bonus Skills
Experience promoting business books (Amazon or other platforms).
Knowledge of online course platforms (Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific, etc.).
Prior experience supporting coaches, consultants, or authors.
Experience with Groove (CRM, funnels, or course hosting) is a strong advantage.
