You’ll own the creator ecosystem—recruitment, briefs, performance—and share directly in the upside.
Within 12 months you’ll have a proven track record, a personal brand, and a playbook most marketers take years to build.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Sign and brief 20+ high-potential creators per brand in your first 90 days
Build a roster of 30 active creators with <10% churn and ?3% CVR by month 6
Drive $250K/month in attributable sales by month 12
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Scout, vet, and sign creators aligned with brand voice and margin goals
Write briefs that turn hooks + offers into high-converting TikToks
Review weekly performance, give actionable feedback, and scale winning content
Spot TikTok trends and feed ideas to creators and ads teams
Manage contracts, payments, and creator accountability
Capture learnings and build them into a repeatable playbook
YOU NEED

1+ year in creator/influencer, affiliate, or social-commerce marketing
Strong grasp of TikTok mechanics + ecommerce KPIs (CTR, CVR, AOV)
Sharp written English and communication skills
Experience with Slack, ClickUp, Notion, Google Sheets
Ability to self-manage remotely with some UK time zone overlap
Bonus Points For

Direct TikTok Shop experience
Copywriting or light video-editing skills
Background in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle DTC
COMPENSATION

OTE: $3,000–$4,000/month ($36K–$48K/year)

Base (Months 0–3): $1,500/month
Base (Month 4+): $2,000/month
Performance Bonus: $1,000–$2,000/month, tied to profit from your creators
Clear path to Lead Strategist ($90K–$150K/year) once you consistently hit targets.
