Amazon VA — Logistics, Returns, Account Health & IP Protection (Part-Time, Long-Term)

We are looking for a reliable Amazon VA to help manage daily operations for our Amazon US business.
This is a part-time, long-term position starting at 10–15 hours/week, with potential to grow to 20–30h as we add more products.

Tasks

Reply to all customer messages within 24h.

Handle returns/replacements/refunds using our simple SOPs.

Create FBA shipments (SPD/LTL), generate FNSKU/carton/pallet labels, and coordinate with our freight forwarder.

Track FBA receptions and reconcile missing units (open cases with POA if needed).

Update our stock sheet (sales/week, FBA stock, in-transit, ETA) and alert if stock < 9 weeks.

Perform a daily Account Health check (alerts, stranded/suppressed listings, IP claims).

Intellectual Property protection

Monitor listings for hijackers or copycat products.

Open cases via Brand Registry – Report a Violation with patent/design proof provided by our lawyer.

Keep a log of suspicious sellers, actions taken, and case outcomes.

Escalate complex IP cases to our lawyer.

Provide a weekly report: stock days per ASIN, top 3 return reasons, open/closed cases, FBA receptions, and any IP enforcement actions.

Requirements

Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central (Inventory, Shipments, Performance, Messages).

Strong Google Sheets/Docs skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, reliable.

Experience handling Account Health cases and writing POA.

Must provide blurred screenshots of your Seller Central experience (Shipments + Account Health).

Minimum 12 months of Amazon VA experience.

Must complete a typing speed test on 10fastfingers
(screenshot required).

Must agree to work under Time Doctor monitoring software.

Nice-to-have

Experience with forwarders / FBA labels.

Familiarity with Brand Registry & Report a Violation.

Basic automation skills (Make/Zapier) for alerts.

Availability for daily overlap with EU/US time zones (1–2h/day).

KPIs

Response time under 24h.

Order Defect Rate under 1%.

Zero unplanned stock-outs.

Account Health cases resolved within 72h.

IP protection: hijackers/copies acted on within 24h.

Offer

Hourly rate: $5.50–$7.50/hr depending on experience.

10–15h/week now (long-term), may grow with launches.

2-week paid trial before confirmation.

Long-term, stable role.

Optional weekend quick check (extra pay).

Work monitored via Time Doctor (screenshot + activity tracking).
