Research/Virtual Assistants and Customer Support Representatives

We are a startup rideshare company based in the US looking to hire 2 Research/Virtual Assistants and 2 Customer Support Representatives. Here are the requirements:

Research/Virtual Assistants
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- High proficiency in public records research/online library research/Internet research
- Has fast primary internet connection with backup internet service
- Can guarantee a quiet working space/home office with noise-cancelling headset for making and receiving calls
- Great command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Can work during Pacific Standard Time

Customer Support Representatives
- Experience in ZenDesk is an advantage but not required
- intermediate level in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- intermediate level in public records research/online library research/Internet research
- Has fast primary internet connection with backup internet service
- Can guarantee a quiet working space/home office with noise-cancelling headset for making and receiving calls
- Great command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Work hours not yet fixed. Must be flexible with schedule.
