MC Creative Group is a fast-growing U.S.-based marketing agency seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Social Media Management Assistant to join our remote team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity ideal for someone who is fluent in English, creative, organized, and excited about the world of digital marketing.
You’ll support our account managers by helping create content, manage ads, coordinate with designers, and keep client accounts running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Write and schedule engaging social media posts
2. Coordinate with graphic designers and manage asset delivery
3. Perform content QA checks before client delivery
4. Create and manage
5. Write and format
6. Review account analytics and identify improvement opportunities
7. Build monthly client performance reports
8. Research trends, viral content, and audio ideas to share with the team
9. Support virtual coordination of photo/video shoots
10. Assist with admin tasks, community management, and internal documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with social platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Suite, Later, Canva)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow brand guidelines
- Proactive, independent, and reliable
Bonus If You Have:
- Experience setting up and managing paid ads
- Agency or client-side marketing experience
- Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, Meta Ads Manager, or ClickUp
