Job Title: E-Commerce Operations Manager (Full-Time, Remote)
About Us:
We are a U.S.-based company building a fast-scaling e-commerce brand across Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify. Our goal is to reach success in sales by leveraging smart product research, efficient supply chains, and world-class execution. We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce Operations Manager who can run the entire process from research to launch scaling.
Responsibilities
Product Research & Validation
Identify profitable products using Jungle Scout, Helium10, and Walmart tools.
Prepare weekly research reports with profitability and competition analysis.
Supplier & Logistics Management
Contact suppliers in China (Alibaba/1688/agents).
Negotiate prices, MOQs, and contracts.
Coordinate shipping, customs clearance, tariffs, and 3PL storage in the U.S.
Marketplace Management
Set up and manage accounts on Amazon, Walmart, Shopify.
Create and optimize listings (titles, descriptions, images, SEO).
Monitor account health and compliance.
Marketing & Growth
Manage Amazon PPC campaigns, Walmart ads, and social media promotions.
Coordinate influencer outreach and partnerships.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare weekly sales, ad spend, and profit/loss reports.
Suggest scaling strategies (reorder quantities, ad budget, new product launches).
Compliance & Processes
Ensure imports comply with U.S. tariff regulations.
Maintain documentation for customs, FDA (if needed), and shipping.
Proven experience in Amazon/Walmart/Shopify e-commerce management.
Strong skills in product research (Jungle Scout, Helium10, Walmart tools).
Global sourcing experience — not limited to China. Must be able to research and negotiate with suppliers in Vietnam, India, Mexico, Turkey, Bangladesh, and other low-tariff countries.
Understanding of tariffs, HS codes, and U.S. import regulations to minimize costs.
Ability to evaluate suppliers for quality, compliance, and scalability.
Excellent English communication (both written and spoken).
Strong negotiation skills with factories and agents.
Ability to coordinate logistics (FOB, CIF, FBA prep, 3PL warehouses).
Must deliver weekly product sourcing reports including landed cost analysis (product + shipping + tariff).
Must be proactive — bring new product ideas and suggest cheaper sourcing options.
