YouTube Video Assistant (AI Tools, Scripts, Editing)

Hi there!
We’re a growing YouTube channel that creates long-form videos and we’re looking for a reliable and friendly video assistant to help with creating and uploading content. Most tasks are simple, and full step-by-step tutorials (A–Z) will be provided, so you don’t need to be an expert. What matters most is consistency, responsibility, and a bit of independent thinking when needed.

What You’ll Do

Use Claude AI to generate simple video scripts.

Create AI voiceovers (very easy, fully explained in the tutorial).

Do light editing in CapCut (cutting, adding automatic subtitles, exporting).

Upload videos in Czech (don’t worry, tutorials will guide you).

Perform basic tasks in YouTube Studio (uploading, adding descriptions, scheduling).

Make sure every video is uploaded at least one day in advance.

Requirements

Familiar with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, AI voice, etc.).

Basic skills in CapCut or willingness to learn (easy software).

Basic English.

Able to follow tutorials step by step and think independently when needed.

Reliable with deadlines.

A computer with solid performance capable of exporting videos smoothly in CapCut (desktop or powerful laptop with enough RAM and a fast processor).

Work Hours & Benefits

Approximately 5–6 hours per day at the beginning while you learn the workflow.

Once you’re familiar with the process, it should naturally take around 4 hours per day or less.

Flexible schedule — take breaks whenever you like, as long as videos are finished and uploaded on time.

All required programs or tools will be covered.

This is meant to be a friendly collaboration. There’s no strict bossing—if something isn’t clear, just ask and everything will be explained. The main goal is to have videos ready and scheduled; everything else can be adjusted together.
