Executive Assistant
1. Social Enterprise (Operations / Delivery Support)
Focus: Supporting organisational programmes, staff, funders, and beneficiaries.
Programme Coordination
Schedule and coordinate programme sessions, workshops, and meetings (online and in-person).

Administration & Reporting
Input data into systems (e.g., Upshot, spreadsheets, CRMs).
Collate feedback and evaluation forms.

Chase outstanding payments/invoices (liaising with finance support or directly with clients/commissioners as appropriate).
Executive & Team Support
Manage diaries, book meetings, and coordinate schedules for CEO/Operations Manager.
Support with
Assist with preparation of funding applications, proposals, and slide decks (formatting, proofreading).
Marketing & Communications Support (with guidance)
Upload and schedule content to social media platforms (provided by Marketing Manager).
Conduct light research to support campaigns, reports, or case studies.
Support development of podcast (e.g., scheduling guests, managing recordings, liaising on production logistics).
Assist with development and updates of the organisational website (liaising with designers, updating content, checking accuracy).
2. Personal Brand (Entrepreneur / Speaker / Coach)
Focus: Building and managing your visibility, influence, and business as a speaker, trainer, and coach.
Profile & Visibility
Draft and schedule LinkedIn posts, blogs, and newsletters.
Keep personal website, bios, and speaker packs up to date.
Design/proof slides, handouts, and coaching workbooks.
Support the development and updates of personal brand website (liaising with web developers, uploading new content, updating testimonials, events, and media features).
Business Development
Research speaking opportunities, awards, and event pitches.
Track personal brand enquiries and manage pipelines.
Coordinate proposals and follow-ups with event organisers.
Client/Engagement Support
Manage calendars and scheduling appointments (coaching clients, speaking prep calls, training sessions).
Handle bookings and enquiries from your personal website or inbox.
Track engagements, contracts, and invoices.
Travel & Logistics
Book travel and accommodation for speaking and training events.
Coordinate itineraries, confirmations, and reminders.
Prepare digital/physical packs for trips (slides, bios, handouts).
Research & Preparation
Conduct background research on event audiences, organisations, or partners.
Pull insights to help tailor talks/workshops.
Research thought-leadership topics, trends, and competitor positioning.
