Sales & Marketing Specialist

Employment Type:
Remote, Part-Time, 10 hours per ---------- USD per hour base salary with bonuses for landing new business
Must include at least 2 hours daily, Monday–Friday.

We are a fast-growing company focused on helping small to medium-sized businesses in the US. We are seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Virtual Assistant to drive lead generation and marketing campaigns, helping us connect with new clients and expand our footprint.

Role Overview
This role focuses on generating qualified leads, managing outreach campaigns, and booking first-time meetings for our sales team. You’ll leverage lead generation tools and CRM systems to identify prospects, run email campaigns, and nurture opportunities until they are ready to hand off to our sales executives.

Key Responsibilities
• Learn our products and services
• Use lead generation platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo, Seamless.AI) to research and build prospect lists.
• Import, organize, and maintain lead/contact data within CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to engage prospects and secure introductory meetings.
• Be able to show results in the first 30 days
• Track campaign performance, monitor open/click-through rates, and optimize outreach for better conversion.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads for follow-up and closing.
• Maintain clean and accurate data in CRM to support reporting and forecasting.
• Stay current on best practices for digital marketing, lead generation, and CRM automation.

Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in sales support, marketing, or business development, preferably in B2B or professional services.
• Hands-on experience with lead gen tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo) and CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Strong understanding of email marketing campaigns and prospect engagement.
• Be prepared to talk about successful campaigns you have ran during the interview
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent written English for clear email correspondence.
• Strong attention to detail with a structured approach to process and record-keeping.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and results-driven approach.
