Amazon Operations & Product Sourcing Specialist

Job Overview
This is a part-time role combining Amazon seller operations and Amazon product sourcing; may expand to full-time based on performance and business needs. Extensive training will be provided; you’ll be taught every workflow, SOP, and tool you need to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Amazon Operations:
• Weekly promo monitoring via 3rd Party Sales Monitoring Software.
• Reconcile missing units from purchase orders.
• Upload invoices/order confirmations into 3rd Party Auditing Software for reimbursements.
• File SAFE-T claims when eligible; place removal orders if needed.
• Check brand ungating requirements and submit brand ungating cases.
• Monitor Amazon Seller Account Health.

Amazon Product Sourcing:
• Work from a provided lead sheet and use the Keepa web browser plugin to determine product trends, sales velocity, and sales price stability.
• Match leads to verified retailers with strict variation matching based on product type, color, and size.
• Apply discount mechanisms to determine best possible product costs.
• Use 3rd party analyzer software to determine profitability of products.
• Enter sourced product information into google sheets tracker.

Team Management:
• You will be expected to meet with me on a weekly basis to review your work, answer any questions you may have, and to correct any mistakes you could be making.
• You will be expected to communicate through a messenger on a daily basis about products you're sourcing, operational tasks you're addressing, or any questions or immediate tasks that I may have for you.

Qualifications (Must-Have)
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Must be eager to learn as this position involves a LOT of training and 1-on-1 engagements with me.
• Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel data input.
• Basic Keepa graph reading.
• Basic understanding of Amazon Online Arbitrage and sourcing.
• Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central for opening cases to file claims, ungate brands, file fee adjustments, adjust inventory, etc.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Reliable internet and backup in the case of an outage.
