Data VA (One-Time Project) – Clean & Filter Florida Loan Officer Data

We’re looking for a detail-oriented VA to complete a one-time project: building a clean master list of Florida loan officers.

You will follow our step-by-step SOP to:

Download 3 official CSV files from the Florida OFR website

Merge them into a master Excel file

Standardize formatting (names, ZIP codes, statuses)

Deduplicate by NMLS ID

Filter to keep only Florida loan officers with Approved status (drop Expired/Terminated/future-dated approvals)

Add 3 blank enrichment columns: Email, Phone, LinkedIn URL

Deliverable:
One Excel file (.xlsx) named FL_Loan_Originators_Master_[YYYY-MM].xlsx with 3 tabs:

individuals_master_raw ? full merged list (untouched backup)

individuals_clean ? standardized list

individuals_filtered ? final filtered list (Florida + Approved only, enrichment columns ready)

Timeline: Must be completed within 48–72 hours of assignment.
