Rockstar Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher

We’re a family-owned business looking for an outgoing, positive, and engaged individual seeking a long-term employment opportunity—with room to grow and earn more. We are currently hiring for a female dispatcher role.

We’re in the home service industry and are looking to train the right person to answer customer calls and deliver top-notch service. A positive attitude, helpful mindset, and strong desire to succeed in a supportive work environment are essential.

Position Details:

Pay: $5–$7/hour (Direct hire)
Benefits: Included, with performance evaluations
Payment: Weekly via Wise, sent directly to your bank account
Schedule: Shifting hours (including holidays and weekends), based on **Eastern Standard Time (EST)**

Requirements:

*Excellent spoken and written English (C2 level)
*Personal PC or laptop (Windows, at least i5 processor)
*Stable internet connection with backup internet and power source
*Noise-canceling headset (Plantronics or Jabra preferred)
*Flexibility to work on holidays and weekends
