Video Editor & Social Media Manager for YouTube / TikTok / Instagram (Dental Brand)

I’m building my personal brand and creating content for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. I’m looking for a talented and motivated person who can help me grow by editing engaging short-form videos, creating high-converting thumbnails, managing social media posting/engagement, and tracking analytics to find ways to improve.

Responsibilities:

Edit YouTube Shorts, TikToks, and Instagram Reels from my long-form videos.

Add captions, text overlays, and engaging cuts to keep attention.

Design eye-catching thumbnails for YouTube (high CTR focus).

Manage consistent posting across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram.

Engage with comments and followers to grow community.

Track performance (views, retention, engagement) and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut).

Graphic design ability (Photoshop, Canva, or similar).

Experience growing YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram accounts.

Excellent written English for captions and comments.

Self-starter: able to manage tasks and suggest improvements, not just wait for instructions.

Preferred (bonus points):

Past work with content creators or YouTubers.

Knowledge of YouTube Studio, TikTok analytics, Instagram Insights.

Pay & Hours:

Full-time (40 hours/week).

Pay depends on skill and experience — please include your expected salary.
