Sourcing Manager (Clothing & Fashion)

We are a growing clothing and fashion company looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager to join our team. Our focus is on delivering high-quality, stylish, and sustainable products to our customers. To achieve this, we need someone who can build strong supplier relationships, ensure cost-effective sourcing, and maintain the highest quality standards in materials and production.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers of fabrics, trims, and finished products across local and international markets.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and contracts to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality.
- Source sustainable and innovative materials aligned with brand values.
- Manage the end-to-end sourcing process: supplier selection, sampling, order placement, and quality control.
- Develop and maintain long-term vendor relationships, ensuring reliability and compliance with company standards.
- Stay up to date on fashion trends, textile innovations, and global sourcing opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain management.

Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in sourcing for the clothing and fashion industry.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment production.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to evaluate suppliers for quality, price, and reliability.
- Experience working with overseas manufacturers is a plus.
- Knowledge of sustainability and ethical sourcing practices is an advantage.
