Lead Generation & Content Planning Specialist (Hybrid VA Role)

We’re a fast-growing online fitness coaching company helping career-driven professionals transform their health. Now, we’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Hybrid VA to join our team — with setter skills (lead generation), content support skills and research/planning skills. This is a long-term role with room to grow. You’ll work directly with leadership, and the right person will quickly become a key part of our team.

What You’ll Do
Priority #1: Lead Generation (Setter role):
Engage with prospects on Instagram & Facebook (DMs, comments, story replies).
Follow up and book calls into our sales calendar.
Track all outreach and follow-ups in our CRM/tracking sheets.

Priority #2: Content & Planning Support:

Assist with content planning (draft hooks, captions, and ideas with AI tools like GPT).
Editing skills (short-form reels, carousels, quotes)
Research support: create itineraries (travel, events, gyms, Airbnb/hotel options) and package them in clean spreadsheets or Notion boards.

Priority #3: Research & Admin:

Vet info from tools like GPT, Google, TripAdvisor, Airbnb, etc.
Deliver organized, ready-to-use recommendations (not raw AI dumps).
Keep a consistent log of performance, ideas, and experiments related to our fitness brand.

Requirements
High-level experience with Instagram, Facebook, and social media communication.
Fluent English & strong written communication.
Fast typing speed & high attention to detail.
Comfortable using AI tools (like ChatGPT) to speed up work — while cross-checking and packaging results.
Content editing/design skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar) preferred.
Self-starter, organized, and consistent — able to follow SOPs and also bring new ideas.
A genuine interest in health, fitness, or personal growth is required.

Compensation & Growth
Base hourly pay (stable).
