Overview:
We need a dedicated VA to provide customer support for our digital products, bootcamps, and memberships. You’ll be the first line of contact for client inquiries, ensuring excellent service and smooth customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
Answer customer
Provide product information and troubleshooting support
Guide clients through account access, course logins, and resources
Track inquiries and escalate technical issues when needed
Maintain FAQs and knowledge base for efficiency
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in customer support or VA roles
Patient, clear, and professional communication
Ability to multitask across platforms
Knowledge of online course platforms (Thinkific, GoHighLevel) is a plus
Work Conditions:
Remote, full-time role
40 hours per week, EST hours coverage preferred
Long-term position with room to grow into Client Success Manager
