Customer Service VA

We need a customer service VA only responsible for phone calls in US 9-5 EST time. Your responsibility is to answer all customer enquiries regarding our products or help them to track their order. You should try your best to close a sale on the phone, but don't sound too pushy.

Skills Required:
- Fluent/ Native English (Preferably Native with American Accents)
- Strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of electric bicycle, scooters, ATVs & Go Karts is preferable.
- Good work ethic.
- Freelancer/Blogger is preferable.

Hardware:
- Fast and stable internet connection.
- Reliable computer or laptop.

Pay Details:
$3 usd per call. Supplier's call will not count. Only customer calls.

Work Load:
You can take this job as a part-time job beside your freelance/blogging job. As long as you are around the computer in the required time zone and able to take on a call within 5 seconds.

How to apply:
Shoot a 1 min video with a brief introduction of yourself and why you are a good fit for this position. After the first round screening, there will be a phone interview for the second round. Basically we would test your interpersonal skills and your fluency in English.
