Luxury Salon Personal Assistant

This is a role within a boutique luxury salon brand, so we are seeking candidates who can operate with both precision and creativity, reflecting the high standards of Parlour. Ideal candidates will have experience in client communications, social media management, content scheduling, and day-to-day organizational support. Discretion and professionalism are paramount in this role, as we often serve clients who value privacy as much as luxury. The ideal candidate for this position will need to have a great attitude, high level of creativity, passion for the perfect aesthetic, and a curious nature. A strong background in content creation, market research, data administration and administrative support is required. This position will start at 5-20 hours per week, but for the right candidate could lead to full-time; we strive to promote high performers within the company. The starting rate is $5/hour USD.

What You’ll Do, and need to do well:
Manage client data across multiple platforms to ensure consistency and accuracy
Digital video and photo ad design and editing (Photoshop, Canva, CapCut)
Support the Social Media Manager (IG, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Shorts, X, etc.)
Analyze marketing campaigns and determine success/ROI
Google Suite expertise
Manage and create marketing campaigns utilizing MailChimp
Inventory & Subscription management

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant
Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing skills mentioned above
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working EST hours (hours can be anywhere between 8am-8pm)
Ability to use systems and processes correctly
Computer & reliable internet

Bonus Skills:
Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation platforms)
Knowledge of the beauty or luxury industries
