The Client Transition Coordinator is an independent contractor role responsible for overseeing the seamless onboarding and offboarding of community association Clients and managing the preparation and processing of all escrow-related documents during real estate transactions.
This is a fully remote position with competitive pay at $7 USD/hour. Standard hours are Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST, and 8:00 AM–3:00 PM PST on Fridays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process for Clients,
- Maintain and update the Client transition process documentation to reflect best practices and operational improvements,
- Proactively monitor transition deadlines and follow through on key tasks across Teams to ensure accountability. This role requires someone who is comfortable following up persistently and ensuring others meet their deadlines,
- Serve as the point person for questions related to real estate sales and ownership changes,
- Prepare lender questionnaires, escrow demands, and resale certificates,
- Update Association records to reflect changes in ownership, and
- Generate and send welcome letters to new owners, ensuring a warm and professional first experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience in escrow, title, real estate transactions, or association management
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
- Assertive communication style and confidence in chasing down responses to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with governing documents, Community Association structure, or applicable regulations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Contractors:
- Are not eligible for employee benefits such as paid time off (PTO), health insurance, or retirement plans,
- Bill and are compensated only for hours worked, with no eligibility for overtime pay. The hourly rate remains consistent regardless of the number of hours worked, and
- Do not receive pay during company closures (e.g., holidays) unless they perform pre-approved work during those periods. We observe 14 holidays annually.
To reflect these differences, we are offering a higher hourly rate than that of a regular employee. This is intended to help offset costs such as health insurance and retirement and provide flexibility for unpaid time off.
