B2B Cold Caller & Appointment Setter (Philippines – Remote)

We are looking for motivated, professional, and results-driven individuals from the Philippines to join our team as Cold Callers & Appointment Setters.



Responsibilities

Make outbound B2B cold calls to targeted business owners/managers.

Introduce and promote our cleaning services to potential clients.

Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments.

Follow a call script while still sounding natural and professional.

Meet weekly and monthly performance targets.




Requirements

Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting (preferably B2B).

Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection.

Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, or reporting software.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.



Preferred Skills

Prior experience working with cleaning/janitorial services or service-based industries.

Knowledge of U.S. business culture and communication styles.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
